Planist AI is an AI-powered planning and productivity application that helps users organize notes, manage tasks, track focus sessions, and receive intelligent insights. The Service is available via web and mobile platforms.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the AI system

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including notes, tasks, and comments. By using the Service, you grant Planist AI a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., AI analysis, task extraction).

6. AI Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your notes and generate insights. AI-generated content (task extraction, mood detection, suggestions) is provided as-is and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI outputs.

7. Subscription & Payments

The Service offers a free tier and a premium subscription at $9.99/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical measures to protect it.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Planist AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
